Our process

Consultation
We kick every project off with a consultation call or meeting with our clients. We establish the full scope of the project, allowing us to formulate a formal quotation, including a full breakdown of cost and timeline.
Project kick off
The project kick off consists of providing clients with their own secure Dropbox area, for easy access to all project collateral. Plus we share a Google forms briefing document, which allows us to gather all vital project information, before any design work begins. This briefing form will ask vital questions like, 'what's your intended audience', 'describe your brand in 3 adjectives', to name a few.
Phase 1 | Brand Exploration
The first phase of a branding project is  'Exploration'. It's the phase where we explore a number of conceptual brand routes, within the scope of the brand needs, each concept offering different merits and nuances. With each concept showcasing a logo, typography, colour palette, messaging and so on.

Lumio, previously called Foenix, was a social media analytics company that helped brands like Audi, David Jones and Red Balloon source legitimate influencers for social media campaigns.

I started working with Joe (Be Noticed Design) about 5 months ago on a branding project. From the start of the project we were blown away by the work that was provided - Every single deadline was met, all requirements were considered and the design work was exactly what we were looking for.

Rhiannan Devlin, Spaceduck

1st round feedback
Once we have submitted our initial 'Brand Exploration', we allow clients time to digest and review and evaluate which concepts are the most appropriate. This feedback round is vital before progressing to a full Brand guidelines. We always like to ensure you are happy with the brand direction, before moving to the finer detail of a Brand guidelines.

BN helped us with our rebrand and immediately understood our vision. The brand guidelines he has created, along with the illustrations were exactly what we wanted

Edmund Farrar, Oto Health

Phase 2 | Refinement
Once we have a clear understanding of the clients preferred brand route, sometimes this may consist of elements from multiple concepts. We then progress to refinement, with a focus on taking the brand identity forward into a more refined state.

Whilst in Germany, Dan worked with with brands such as Daniel Wellington and BMW - Ja!

Adam worked with clients like Vodafone, TAFE NSW, Adobe and also won the 'Good Design Australia' award for his work on the Seatfrog website.

2nd round feedback
Once we have submitted 'Brand Refinement', clients get a 2nd round of feedback time to digest, review and evaluate how the concept has evolved and progressed.

Phase 3 | Brand Guidelines
We will then action any additional amendments and then progress to the generation of a comprehensive brand guideline document, including the correct usage and application of your brand, which includes all brand elements, from brand stationary to font type kits, logo negative spacing, colour usage and so on.
Final Feedback
🚀 relume launches
We submit a draft of the Brand Guidelines, allowing clients time to review and raise any additional amendments.

To do this they would have to build a company that would be profitable in its first year. Not the next Uber of *insert clever idea*.

Final Submission
🚀 2-5 weeks subject to speed of feedback
We will action any final amendments to the guidelines and then we progress to exporting assets. This includes logo files in all appropriate formats, including the 'Master design files', in all necessary crops, typography files, imagery, Stationary material i.e. business cards, flyers etc, social assets and so on. All assets are uploaded to the client easy to access ‘Dropbox’ area, for easy download of files.

We have been working with Be Noticed for over two years and have used them for various projects. The Be Noticed team are knowledgeable and professional, they are clearly passionate about what they do and this always reflects in their work.

Phase 1 | Static Design
We get to work on brainstorming & creating an initial static website design, working with wireframe mock-ups and aesthetical look and feel mock-ups. Giving consideration to the functional elements of websites such as, navigation, content layout, page management, contact forms and so on.

1st round feedback
We deliver you with a PDF design proof of the static website design, giving you the opportunity to give feedback, before we commence with the build of the dynamic, responsive Webflow website in phase 2.

Phase 2 | Dynamic build in Webflow
We build websites in Webflow, as such it allows us to fluidly progress to building the dynamically, responsive website with no code, which exponentially cuts the development time down, whilst presenting no tangible, creative limitations, functionality wise. Webflow's out of the box methodology, allows much easier static design translations to dynamic builds.

2nd round feedback
Once we have a functional website built, we deliver you with your pre-launch preview URL, to allow you to navigate and dynamically explore your new website, ensuring you are 100% happy with the website and allow feedback opportunity.
